How do I get a refund?
Since we provide non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds for digital products or pre-recorded training once the order is confirmed. Please note that we offer digital products and pre-recorded training, not services, so there is no way to close access to the files that you’ve already received. How do I download the PDF for my product?
Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email with instructions to access your purchase. Please download digital files immediately.
If you purchased a training product you will be sent login details to access our portal. All of your training products will be stored in the same portal going forward.
What is a digital planner?
Our digital planners are interactive PDF files that allow users to organize their schedules, tasks, and/or goals. These planners can be printed or used in apps like GoodNotes and Notability.
